The business plan showcase is held along with the Conference and attempts to promote entrepreneurs who have already started their businesses or shown a proof of concept, to get funding or mentorship from VCs. It creates a platform for investors, mentors and new businesses to interact and negotiate a partnership.

The Leverage Magazine was successfully launched at the Leverage 2009 Conference. It is a biannual publication with articles expressing the views of top business school students and industry experts and academicians. The publication is also circulated amongst the top business schools, and prominent PE and VC firms.

• Internship Support Program:
  The club organises information sessions during the placement season for the students. These sessions are designed to help the students get a better understanding of the private equity and venture capital industries. The sessions will involve introduction to the PE/VC industry, discussions on various topics such as deal structuring, sector analyses, LBOs etc, and presentations on specific issues affecting the PE/VC industry.
  
  The information sessions will also be supplemented with periodic newsletters covering the latest happenings and trends of the industry.

• Industry Outreach:
  Throughout the year the club organises speaker sessions, guest lectures and interactive workshops with professionals from the private equity and venture capital industry. The sessions are held at regular intervals during the academic year and are centred on giving the students a comprehensive picture of the various aspects of the PE and VC industry.

During the course of the school-year, Club hosts numerous student events and competitions which are based on themes such as portfolio management, identification and due diligence of acquisition targets, and deal structuring.
